If it is determined that Navigator HealthCare Solutions is able to help the client’s needs, then an initial assessment is scheduled. Face-to-
face-to-face meeting, either in person or on Zoom, lasting
1.5-3 hours reviewing the Client’s health history, home situation, needs, medication list, healthcare concerns, healthcare goals, developing a healthcare plan, and reviewing next steps.

Payment Due: At the assessment meeting (non-refundable)
If the client wants to continue having Navigator HealthCare Solutions assist, liaise, and advocate for their healthcare, a retainer fee may be purchased.
The client can choose how many hours to purchase upfront (e.g., a 10-hour retainer will cost $2,750.00).
The client will receive an itemized invoice detailing how the retainer fee is being used and how much money is left on the current retainer.
$275/hour
Payment due: Prior to receiving continued services (upfront)
Clients will be charged for the advocate’s travel time.
$60/hour
Payment due: Will be deducted from the retainer
