Over the years, we’ve supported individuals and families nationwide—listening, guiding, and advocating. Sometimes that means helping prepare questions for a doctor; other times, it’s organizing insurance forms or ensuring medications aren’t missed. Our mission is the same: to give you peace of mind amid uncertainty.
We help those without nearby loved ones or anyone who feels overwhelmed by healthcare complexity. Offering both in-person and remote support, we meet you where you are.
What sets us apart? We start by listening. Every client receives a free consultation so we can understand your needs, then walk with you step by step, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and never alone.
At Navigator HealthCare Solutions, this isn’t just about navigating the system—it’s about restoring your confidence, protecting your well-being, and giving you back the freedom to focus on living.
My passion for patient advocacy comes from my family’s healthcare experiences. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the system can feel and how much of a difference a trusted advocate makes.
With a Master’s in Nursing, a Master’s in Communication, and 15+ years of experience across ambulatory, outpatient, emergency, critical care, and cardiovascular specialties, I combine clinical expertise with a deep commitment to supporting patients. My background in nursing, hospitality, and leadership helps me anticipate needs, simplify complex information, and create a safe, respectful environment where you are heard and supported.
As your advocate, I make sure you have the information, guidance, and support to make informed decisions, set realistic goals, and get the care you deserve.
Hospitals can be potentially dangerous places. Many went unrecognized or were defined too narrowly, and even reported cases were rarely investigated or followed by safety improvements.
Medical errors are now recognized as a major public health problem, reported as the third leading cause of death in the U.S. Studies estimate that:
I understand the needs of patients as well as the challenges faced by healthcare providers. No one should have to navigate the hospital system on their own.
